This refund policy ("Policy") outlines the terms regarding refunds for ContentSpark subscriptions. By subscribing to ContentSpark, you agree to this Policy.
ContentSpark offers a Pro plan at $20 per month, billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
You may cancel your ContentSpark subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that billing period. Your access will continue through the end of the period you have already paid for.

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. We will notify you by email once a decision has been made regarding your request.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
