• The Pro plan is available at $20 per month, billed monthly.
• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

Content Ownership

You own all content generated by ContentSpark for your business. ContentSpark retains no rights, ownership, or license to the content created for you. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute your generated content in any way you choose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentSpark to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate misleading or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without authorization.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of ContentSpark, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by ContentSpark is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not perfectly match your brand voice. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentSpark and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
